Meet the Team
Broker / Founder Bonnie Kingcannon, manages Real Estate for her client’s with the same enthusiasm, commitment, quality service and care to the homeowner and resident as if the property were her very own. Bonnie Kingcannon entered the property management arena in 2001 as a leasing manager on the multi family level. During that time Bonnie was honored numerous awards for her success including, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, AMA Team Member of the year Finalist, and “Top Shop” Recognition. In addition, at just 23 years old, she was chosen by her Regional Manager to manage several distressed properties where Bonnie succeeded in boosting yearly NOI figures and occupancy by 20%.
In 2008, Bonnie fulfilled a career goal and obtained her Arizona Salesperson License and started her own Residential Property Management portfolio. In 2014, she became the VP of Property Management at one of the fastest growing brokerages in Arizona. She would spend the next 9 1/2 years building a powerhouse team, mentoring other property managers, and building her management portfolio.
In 2022, Bonnie fulfilled a long time dream to get her Brokers license. That dream came to friction in December of 2023 when Thrive Realty was born. Bonnie is excited to take her decades of experience and knowledge and officially be a business owner. Her clients are excited for this new leap and look forward to the years ahead!

Kimberly's areas of specialty include the purchasing and selling of land lots, VA buyers, new construction purchases, and relocations, to include military relocations. Kimberly is a US Army Veteran with 31 years of service and a transplant from the Midwest, so she fully understands how to best assist those transitioning to a new state. Her years of experience as an agent have gained her partnerships with the NACA Home Buying Program, as well as a top five Real Estate Partner with Veterans United Mortgage.
Kimberly is transparent, very pleasant to work with, yet a firm negotiator who helps her clients think outside the box when selling or purchasing a home in today's competitive market. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with local community programs, such as ASU Project Humanities. Lesila "Sila" Bonner, originally from the SF Bay Area, made Arizona her home in 2006. After launching her real estate career in August 2024, she quickly became dedicated to helping clients navigate the Arizona market with care and expertise.
